My professional life started as soon as I finished my engineering, or so I thought.I was placed in two big IT Companies in college campus placements and everything was going well. I had to wait till I received the joining letter. In just a month I received the joining letter from one company and I was quite hesitant to join that company at the time. Because I thought the other company might provide more optional opportunities.Let me back up a little and tell you the story of what compelled me to look for widespread opportunity .
My LIFE has always been confusing right from 10th standard. I was excellent in science and maths and worst in the remaining. Family members subtly pointed out that I was good in science and so i should go with science in my Pre-university and so I did. Pre-university went great I was very studious and was one of the toppers in my class. The real mind-boggler was when my 12th finished. I had to make a choice between many streams of engineering, my other friends had a clear choice of goal unlike me.I wanted to study electrical, software and mechanical, I was so tangled in my decisions that I had to resort for friend's opinion. At the time this tag line was pretty famous "EVERGREEN MECHANICAL" and mechanical engineers can get jobs anywhere. I had to make up my decision and that too quite ad-hoc. Hence I joined Mechanical my only interest in four years of mechanical subjects was kinematics and dynamics. Despite being in mechanical I was inclined towards Software and electronics streams. When the campus placements arrived I was placed in IT companies instead of mechanical companies. At this point I wasn't sure where I was headed and why. This is the reason why I was looking for wide range of opportunities because I knew that my life is a mess and it is gonna screw me over pretty soon again and it did...
After 6 months of wait I got the joining letter for the other company and without a second of thought I joined it. One day during my java training I was writing a piece of code which wasn't running due an error, I was unable to find what the error was so I had to stayed up late. Surely this situation is troublesome for many but I wasn't troubled I was actually excited. I never stayed up late for anything in my life not even during exams. It made me realize that my interest was in coding. After few days I was assigned to my base location where I would be working until further notice. 3 months went by and then I got an actual project which worked on a tool without any coding, I had to ask for release from it. And then the problem began...
